Please join SCBA in welcoming David Nuebeck, Certified Elder Law Attorney, Partner, Elder Law Office of Meyers, Nuebeck and Hulford for a free CLE.  Mr. Neubeck will be presenting on Title 11 Guardianships, including Washington State’s New Uniform Guardianship Act.  Mr. Nuebeck has extensive experience in the area of Guardianships and Elder Law, is a board member of both the Elder Services Providers and the Northwest Estate Planning Council and teaches estate planning classes at Whatcom Community College.

This CLE has been approved for one (1) Law CLE credit by the WSBA.  It is open to the public but you must be an active member of the Skagit County Bar Association to qualify for the CLE credits.  SCBA membership is for a solar year (January 1 - December 31) and your dues are used for the benefits of our members and to support the Skagit Volunteer Law Program.
