Free Mini CLE Training Series about Updates to Landlord-Tenant Law

Skagit Legal Aid will be hosting a free two-part virtual CLE training series for attorneys practicing in Island, San Juan, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties and local rental assistance providers about general updates to the landlord tenant law and how our four counties are implementing changes locally.

This is a great opportunity for both experienced and new attorneys who want to volunteer and/or who need to get up-to-speed about the statewide and local updates.

This will also be helpful for agencies who are distributing rental assistance.

Session 1 - Wednesday, October 6th 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Broad Overview of the New Landlord Tenant Laws - Register Here (1 hour of CLE pending approval)

Session 2 - Wednesday, October 13th 12:00pm - 1:00pm: Overview of Right to Counsel for Indigent Tenants and Landlord and Tenant Obligations during the Eviction Resolution Pilot Programs - Register Here (1 hour of CLE pending approval)
