In this CLE you will learn about Special Immigrant Juvenile status, including who qualifies and how the State Court plays a unique role in this program in family law proceedings , minor guardianships, protection orders, and adoption hearings.

Additional State court proceedings where Special Immigrant Juvenile status can be addressed/effected include dependency cases, vulnerable youth guardianships and other juvenile matters. The presenters will provide example scenarios and have time for attendees to pose questions/issues related to their own cases.
